This photo shows the A633. The A634 was udpated in August 2003 and now has a thicker front pocket and no pen slot pockets on the end. The A634 now features a Velcro-compatible liner. Photo below reflects current design.

Triple-wide unpadded pouch with numerous pockets and slots for cell phone, sunglasses, business cards, coins, video tapes, check book and a special slot for a reporters notebook (one included) and/or airline ticket. Two of the outside pockets feature a soft fleece-type fabric for use with glases or cell phones.

On the ends and bottom of the pouch are several pairs of uniloops which a Y204 strap(s) can be attached so you may secure extra gear like an umbrella or GoreTex® jacket.

Please note that this product is reasonably large and may not be suitable for people with a smaller build. (The overall width is determined by a Reporter's Notebook and the height is determined by the height of a common US checkbook.)

A shoulder strap is not included, but the Y315 is recommended as a companion to this product.

[Y302] Holster Compression Straps, $4.00

This is case is designed to sit high or low on the belt. In the high mode it sits in your lumbar region, but is unstable w/o a pair of Y302 straps which will help pull the case into your back.

While this pouch was originally designed for non-optical items, we have had several requests from shooters to use this pouch for stowing lenses and bodies. We have now offer an optional padded divider kit which includes a 10mm foam padded bottom and two dividers. The dividers are the same ones from the discontinued E530 pouch. The front and back of the A634 pouch are lightly padded with 4mm thick fabric, but does not offer the same protection as the M330 or M550 pouches.
